    No. We handle all the technical setup. You manage your assistant from a simple portal —
    editing its voice, greeting, and instructions in plain language.

  <Accordion title="What languages can it speak?">
    30+ languages. Your assistant detects the shopper's language and replies in it automatically.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Will it slow down or break my store?">
    No. The assistant runs in a small, safe widget that's isolated from your storefront — if
    anything ever went wrong with it, your store pages keep working normally.

  <Accordion title="Can it look up real orders?">
    Yes. With your store securely connected, it reads live order status and tracking and shares
    it with the shopper.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Are conversations recorded?">
    Yes — transcripts and recordings are saved securely to your portal so you can review them.
    Make sure your privacy notice tells shoppers that calls may be recorded.
