Minutes & usage

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversation minutes. Your portal shows how many you’ve used and how many remain for the current period. If you go over your allowance, additional minutes are billed at your plan’s overage rate.

Managing your plan

From Billing in your portal you can:
  • See your current plan and renewal date
  • Track minutes used vs included
  • Change or upgrade your plan
  • Download invoices
