The shopper’s experience
A small button (an “orb”) appears on your store. When a shopper taps it, a warm voice greets them — in their language — within about a second. From there they can simply talk:- “Where’s my order?” — the assistant looks up the order live and reads back the status and tracking.
- “Do you have a moisturiser for dry skin?” — it searches your catalogue and points them to the right product page.
- “Do you have a discount code?” — it checks valid coupons and explains how to use them.
