What’s managed for you
Some parts are locked because they keep your assistant working. You’ll see them marked as managed by RuleInside (read-only):- Looking up orders, searching products, and checking coupons
- Customer memory and conversation logging
- Page navigation and security
Adding and removing agents
- Add an agent — create another assistant (for example, one for support and one for sales), up to the number included in your plan. When you reach the limit, you’ll be prompted to upgrade.
- Remove an agent — delete one you no longer need; RuleInside tidies up everything connected to it.
What you’re allowed to edit can vary by plan and setup. If a field looks locked, that’s intentional —
