The call list

A searchable list of every conversation, showing:
  • When it happened and which agent handled it
  • How long it lasted
  • The customer (if known)
  • The outcome (e.g. resolved, escalated)
  • A short summary
Filter by agent or date, or search for a specific topic or customer.

Leads captured

When a shopper shares contact details or shows clear intent, your assistant notes it as a lead so you can follow up. On higher plans, these can flow automatically into your CRM — see your plan for what’s included.
Recordings and transcripts are stored securely and shown only to your team. Please make sure your store’s privacy notice tells shoppers that calls may be recorded.
